My beautiful Ballovali Aira competing in the Ballovali Grand Festival !

I really put my everything into this piece since it's my first contest entry ever. I'm really happy with how it came out, her all shiny and the human actually looking like a human (I was really worried about this part since humans aren't my speciality)

I just love painting blurry backgrounds too, cause it doesn't involve the same amount of detail but it's still really hard cause you have to make sure it looks realistic and so that it doesn't take away the attention from the horse

Oh and yes her mane grew, a lot

I just really liked how in the reference picture the horse had a long braid. I'll definitely change her ref and give her a long mane there too

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! Love, love, LOVE the coloring! The woman looks like a photograph. Even the background is amazing, looks like it was taken with an expensive camera! The horse is breathtaking! My only complaint is the tip of the nose, its a bit pointy. But all in all, you are very talented!
I don't have much more to say since this is my first critique, and its making me do 100 words, so...good job, beautiful, stunning, amazing, good technique, i have no clue why you have to write 100 words minimum, hope this critique is fair, and thank you!
